Vandals strike neighborhood in Alabaster
ALABASTER — Vandalism has struck the Willow Glen neighborhood of Alabaster, according to WBRC 6.
According to residents someone has poured hot sauce and sugar on a car, slashed a tire and scratched the doors of two other cars.
“It’s shocking,” Sarah Gulley said. “You feel safe in your neighborhood, and then when something like this happens, it kind of gives you a feeling of being violated.”
Her husband was getting into his vehicle, on Saturday evening, and discovered that food had been smeared across the windshield. But there was more.
“He came back in the house and was like, ‘Your car is totally messed up. Someone has taken a knife to it and flattened your tire,’” said Gulley.
