HT Outdoor Track runs circles around the competition at Pearl Invitational

From The Jefferson County Journal staff reports

PEARL, Ms — Student athletes representing Hewitt-Trussville Outdoor Track traveled to Friday to participate in the Pearl Invitational in Pearl Ms.

The 3-and-a-half-hour trip was certainly worth it as the Huskies made an excellent showing at the event.  The Hewitt-Trussville boys finished second out of 16 teams. The Hewitt-Trussville girls finished fourth out of 16 teams.  An outstanding showing for both.
