Wreck in Roebuck area leaves 37-year-old man dead
JEFFERSON COUNTY — A multi-vehicle crash in the Roebuck area was fatal for a Birmingham man, according to Carol Robinson of Al.com.
31-year-old Ryan Christopher Jenkins was identified as the victim by The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office. According to Robinson the wreck took place at 4:50 p.m. at the intersection of Parkway East and Fourth Avenue South.
Robinson has also reported that authorities advised there are few details available currently available concerning the crash. Authorities believe Jenkins was a passenger in one of the impacted vehicles. He was transported to UAB Hospital and underwent surgery but died at 10:25 p.m.
