Trussville to host 38th City Fest Saturday
Nashville music group Sweet Tea Trio will headline.
The 38th Trussville City Fest will be held tomorrow at the historic Mall starting at 1 p.m., the Trussville Tribune reports.
This one-day event will feature family-friendly activities, including live performances by various artists. Headlining the event is Nashville group Sweet Tea Trio. Other performers will be Jackson Capps, Steel City Sound, ACE of Trussville, Trussville’s Got Talent winners, Birmingham Martial Arts, Chloe Hamrick, Matt Bryant Band, Chris Lombardo Band and Magician -Rod Cannon.
Admission is $5 per person and free for children 2 and under. Each admission includes a coupon for a complimentary Coke product. All activities in the festival are free once admission is paid.
Activities for children include Mindwinder, Frog Hopper, rock climbing wall, hamster balls, Mickey’s Playhouse and others. City Fest will be capped off with a fireworks display at 9 p.m.
