Stabbing at a daycare in New York, three infants injured

NEW YORK, NY – On Friday morning three infants and two adults were stabbed at a day care facility in Queens, according to CBS 2.
The incident occurred at approximately 3:45 a.m. at a private residence being used as a day care. It is unknown if the operation was licensed or legal.
According to authorities the three infants ranged in age from three days to one month old.
Of the two adult victims one was a man that had been stabbed in his leg. The other was a female, she was stabbed several times in the torso.
The suspect, as reported by the police, inflicted several wounds on her own wrists.
Two knives were collected from the scene.
The victims and the suspects were transported to local hospitals where they are in stable condition.
