Ensley Fairfield Mattress Company moving into Homewood’s Soho Square
Century-old mattress store to open its second location.

A 103-year-old local business is moving into a highly visible area of Homewood, the Homewood Star reports.
Ensley Fairfield Mattress Company will take over the spot in Homewood’s SoHo square formerly occupied by Your Pie pizzeria. The business has operated over the past century in Pelham, but has decided to open a second location in Homewood due to strong customer base.
Owners Perry and Jillian Barnett hope that the store can be open by June 1.
